StegVerse is being reshaped from a collection of separate public pages into one governed ecosystem interface. A user should not have to choose between Demo, Wiki, Papers, Runtime, SDK, or Formalisms first. The user asks once; the ecosystem classifies the request and offers the appropriate transition path.

Ecosystem Chat is the primary operating surface for the Site. The other pages remain available as evidence, demonstration, formal definition, research, runtime evaluation, and implementation destinations. They should not feel like competing starting points.
